The enquiry form collects only what is needed to understand and reply to a project request.
This page explains what information is collected through the form, how it is used, and how handover-related information is treated. It is a practical notice, not a substitute for legal advice.
The form may collect your name, email address, business or project name, website or social links, market or language use, timeline, region or location where relevant, project description, selected service areas, reference links, and handover-preparation preference.
The information is used to review the enquiry, understand the project scope, reply by email, and prepare a proposal or next-step note where appropriate. It is not used for unrelated marketing lists.
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed for correspondence, project review, proposal preparation, and basic business records. You may request deletion of non-essential enquiry information by email.
The form is delivered through Formspree and then handled by email. Please avoid sending confidential files, unreleased business information, or sensitive personal information until a scope or agreement is confirmed.
If you share links to Google Drive, Dropbox, social accounts, websites, decks, product pages, or images, those links are used only to understand the enquiry and project direction.
Basic handover organisation is part of the project standard where relevant. Extended handover preparation may include usage notes, source references, external-asset licence logs, and registration-prep notes. This does not replace legal advice, trademark clearance, or registration by a trademark attorney, IP counsel, or relevant legal professional.
